Dedicated law enforcement professional with over 13 years of progressive experience in patrol operations, supervisory leadership, and specialized K9 operations. Demonstrated ability to develop policy, mentor officers, and lead teams in high-pressure environments. Proven track record of advancing through the ranks from Patrolman to Patrol Sergeant while simultaneously maintaining dual certification as an active K9 Handler. Committed to community-oriented policing, officer development, and the highest standards of professional conduct.
